This year I'm thankful for all of life's blessings. Most of all, I'm thankful for my friends and family, and my phenomenal fiancé (wow, that's a lot of alliteration!). I'm thankful for my wonderful job, where I can basically set my own schedule and have coworkers I call true friends. I'm blessed to live in a friendly community where I feel safe and have neighbors who look out for me. I'm grateful to my wonderful parents who have been so generous, both financially and emotionally, while planning this wedding. And I'm thankful for all the resources and luxuries I'm able to enjoy, things others may only dream about.
When you're planning a wedding, it's easy to get caught up in the superficial and frivolous. It's important for me to keep perspective and remember what's truly important in my life.
